You will need the following books from Hackett Publishing before you begin your study of Chapter 1: Lesson 1. If you have not yet ordered your books, do so now so that you will have them by the time you have finished the Introduction (i.e. the pronunciation conversations). You can also download a pdf of Chapter 1 of the text by following the link below, which will take you through the first four weeks of the course.
We strongly recommend the hardcover version of your primary text: Lingua Latina: Pars I: Familia Romana. This text will get used and abused over the next few years as you continue your study of Latin. A small investment now will pay big dividends later.
